Maintenance (Painter) - Miami Area

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a hospitality property in the Miami area.

Pay:

• $18.50/hr
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Perform painting and touch-up work throughout the property
• Handle general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and HVAC systems
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe
• Support overall property maintenance operations

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience required
• General knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, and repairs required
• Hospitality or property maintenance experience
• Reliable transportation required
• Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
