Maintenance Operative\nLocation: Village location between Aylesbury and Bicester\nHours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday\nPay Rate: £12.60 per hour\nStart Date: 29/09/2025\nPertemps are delighted to be recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join our client on an ongoing assignment in a rural location between Aylesbury and Bicester.\nThis is a hands-on, outdoor role where you'll play a key part in supporting refurbishment and upkeep tasks. Due to the location, own transport is essential.\nKey Responsibilities:\n" Carrying out general maintenance and refurbishment duties\n" Stripping out old fittings and furnishings\n" Cleaning and preparing areas for reuse\n" Installing, trimming, and replenishing new materials\n" Performing varied repair and maintenance tasks as required\n" Supporting with refurbishment works to ensure high-quality finishes\n" Ensuring work areas are kept tidy and safe\n" Working outside in all weather conditions\nThe Ideal Candidate:\n" Previous experience in a maintenance role is advantageous but not essential\n" Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail\n" Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons\n" Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team\nIf you are hardworking, hands-on, and looking for ongoing work in a practical role, we would love to hear from you.\nTo be considered for this opportunity, please click the apply button today
