Maintenance Operative

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to carry out minor maintenance and repairs to property and equipment to prescribed standards in accordance with experience and qualifications. The holder of the role will resolve customers' concerns, and deter crime, whilst maintaining the prescribed standards of quality, safety (including safe, clean and working) and delivering continuous improvement.
