Multi-Skilled Tradesperson / Repairs & Maintenance Operative\n\nLocation: London (Multiple Positions Available Across Locations: East, North, South and West)\nSalary: Up to £38,000 + company vehicle & fuel card\n\nWe are partnering with a reputable Property Maintenance Contractor operating in the Social Housing sector to hire a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson for their projects across London\n\nIn this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing residential properties, delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to health, safety, and regulatory standards. Your daily responsibilities will include performing a variety of maintenance tasks, managing multiple jobs efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service to in the properties you service.\n\nSkills & Qualifications:\n\n * Demonstrated experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson in social housing or a comparable setting.
