Rhoads Metal Works, Inc. is a fourth company founded in 1896 servicing the Delaware Valley Tri-State area for over 120 years. We are a leading mechanical/maintenance contractor and metal fabricator with in-depth experience to the hospital, institutional, process and manufacturing industries.

We are currently looking to hire several full-time FIELD SERVICE MECHANICS to support our growing business and offer our customers the highest of quality and customer service. We are searching for flexible problem solver with a wide skill pack. The size of our projects vary, so you must be willing to work on projects that could last several weeks to a month or be able to complete several small projects in a single day.

- 5 years minimum experience in an industrial and/or institutional mechanical maintenance position

- Welding experience a must

- Experience in equipment installation, repairs and upgrades on various production facilities

- Experience in piping to equipment for facility upgrades a plus

- Must know how to read and comprehend blueprints and technical specifications

- Experience in field welding, and setting & aligning of equipment

- Experience working with crews of 2 or more

- Ability and/or experience in rigging a plus

- Experience in sanitary welding a plus

- Experience with duct work and ventilation systems a plus

- A valid and clean drivers' license and own transportation

- Ability to do occasional overnight travel
