• Friday-Sunday 4:30pm-4:30am $37 (hourly pay is negotiable)
• 6 years of experience of repairing/maintaining manufacture equipment
• Experience with presses and mills
• Experience with machinery and electrical requirements
• Comprehension of single and 3 phase power requirements
• Knowledge of PLCS
• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems
• Inspect A/C motors, gearboxes, presses, resistance welders, and other roll forming equipment
• Support changeover process for welders, mills, secondary punch machine and press
• Preform preventative maintenance
• Replace worn parts and fluids as needed
• Test and adjust components to ensure proper operation
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
• Identify critical spares and consumable parts that need to be purchased
• Understand Human Machine Interface (HMI) to assist and help with troubleshooting
• Ability to operator forklifts (propane)

Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Commitment to safety and adhere to all safety rules
• Steel toe footwear
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to keep good attendance
