Job Description
We are currently hiring multiple Maintenance Mechanics to support our manufacturing and production operations across various shifts. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
This position is well-suited for mechanically inclined individuals with experience in industrial maintenance, similar to roles supporting high-volume production environments.
Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime

Perform equipment installations, adjustments, and rebuilds as needed

Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation

Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications

Previous industrial maintenance experience required

Strong mechanical aptitude

Working knowledge of mechanical systems; electrical experience

Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar equipment

Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
(but not required)

Electrical troubleshooting experience (motors, controls, sensors)

PLC troubleshooting (not programming)

Welding or fabrication experience

Experience in a manufacturing or production facility
