Maintenance Mechanic – Cold Smoked Facility (Monroe, WA)

Description:

We’re looking for a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to join our Cold Smoked facility in Monroe, WA. This role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining all plant processing equipment, assisting in new machinery installation, and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. Essential Duties:

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance in response to service and emergency calls.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on all processing equipment.
• Inspect equipment daily to identify potential issues.
• Complete routine building and equipment repairs.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Basic electrical knowledge (plus).
• Welding skills (plus).
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Clear communication skills — verbal and written.
