MAINTENANCE MECHANIC - MANUFACTURING OR AEROSPACE

Experience, knowledge and skills:
A Maintenance Mechanic candidate with 5+ years of overall experience. The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing environment background, preferably aerospace. Candidate will have experience with the following:

• [REQUIRED]* Minimum 2 years’ experience with CNC Machinery / Conventional mills/lathes
• Strong Mechanical knowledge & familiarity with industry related machines, equipment, tools [CNC, manual equipment, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems]
• Flexibility and willingness to report to work in the event of machine breakdowns and emergencies, or scheduled PM’s
• Ability to multitask and organize/prioritize workload effectively
• Welding and fabrication skills strongly desired
• Heat Treat or Furnace experience is a PLUS but not required
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code NEC specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations
• Computer Savy; email, ERP

Electrical

• Experience with preventative maintenance
• Installing, replacing, or repairing electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
• Can troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical problems with equipment.
