Position Summary:

Maintains facility equipment and physical structures of the campus and related out buildings. Upkeep and routine maintenance of the electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, Life Safety devices and emergency generator systems are the primary duties. Knowledge of fire regulations and Regulatory Agencies; i.e. AHCA, Joint Commission, EPA, OSHA, NEC, NFPA.

Position Qualification:

• High School diploma or graduate equivalent degree (GED)
• Minimum one or more years working in an equivalent position in a hospital, hotel or school
