• You’re the kind of person who loves fixing things (electrical troubleshooting, AC/DC drives, 1 & 3 phase gear—you get it).

• PLCs and touch screens don’t scare you—they’re just part of the fun.

• You know conveyors, belts, motors, gearboxes, and if you’ve ever tackled bake line or pneumatics equipment, even better.

• You don’t mind jumping in on everyday building maintenance—because in a family business, everyone pitches in.
