One of our manufacturing clients is looking forfor a skilled **Maintenance Mechanic **to support the maintenance and repair of production equipment at their Edinburgh, IN facility.

Pay Rate:$35/hr - $43/hr

Shift:3rd shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems

• Maintain and repair conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, bearings, compressors, and other industrial equipment

• Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment issues and recommend corrective actions

• Assist with machinery installations, equipment modifications, and production line improvements

• Read and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical drawings to perform maintenance tasks

• Perform machine alignments, component replacements, lubrication, and mechanical adjustments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance or a related field

• 3+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, power transmission, and industrial machinery

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment with minimal supervision

• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to use common diagnostic tools

• Welding and fabrication experience

• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems
