Pay Range:$32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime and weekend work

Our client is seeking a**Maintenance Mechanic (Compactor Equipment)**to join their team and help maintain the reliability and efficiency of compactor systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on compactor systems of all makes, following maintenance and repair orders.

• Diagnose and resolveelectrical,hydraulic, andmechanical issuesin compacting systems.

• Inspect, test, and record findings to ensure necessary repairs are completed accurately.

• Provide detailed labor and time estimates for required repairs.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all repairs and ensure the integrity of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.

• Contribute to a safe, productive, and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with compacting systems (trash compaction Rollers, road compactor, Garbage, waste compactors, Plate compactors) is required.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repairelectrical,hydraulic, andmechanical systems.

• Welding and fabrication experienceis required.

• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient solutions.

• Team-orientedand flexible, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Must hold a valid driver's license;CDL and DOT physical card are highly .

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including potential overtime or weekend hours.
