Immediately interviewing and hiring a 1st Shift Maintenance Mechanic with Welding/Fabrication experience for manufacturer in Delaware County, PA. Paying $34/hr to start - Weekly Pay and Benefits Offered. Prior Food/Beverage Manufacturing Experience is Preferred.

Job Description: Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic where you will engage in maintenance repair, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting, and fabrication within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, seals, bearings, and blowers.
  • Troubleshoot automated processes, install and repair new and existing equipment, and respond to machine and equipment issues throughout the facility.
  • Perform maintenance and fabrication tasks, including mechanical, electrical, and maintenance work.
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
  • Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
  • Engage in stainless steel and carbon steel welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical power transmission systems including chain drives and gearboxes.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and electrical systems (High Voltages and PLCs).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
  • Food processing experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
