Who we need An industrial maintenance mechanic who keeps heavy production machinery running: preventative maintenance, equipment installation, and breakdown repair — bearings, gear-heads, belts, chains, conveyors, filters — plus general facility upkeep. Works without direct supervision, reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. PLC troubleshooting is highly . Multiple openings, ALL SHIFTS OPEN — shift flexibility widens the pool; capture the candidate's shift.

MUST-HAVES

• 5+ years industrial mechanical experience in a PRODUCTION environment

• Preventative maintenance plus breakdown repair of production machinery (bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, conveyors)

• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting evident in work history

• Within ~35 miles of Canton, MA 02021 or clear relocation signal

• HS diploma; valid driver's license

STRONG-FIT SIGNALS

• PLC troubleshooting experience (highly by client)

• Pneumatic cylinders and controls knowledge

• Extrusion or sheet line experience (plastics/converting background)

• Forklift certification (current or prior)

• Basic electrical knowledge

• EHS-regulation familiarity; safety-first history
