Job Summary:
The Maintenance Mechanic Assistant helps experienced mechanics with repairs and maintenance work. This job includes preparing tools, cleaning parts, performing basic maintenance tasks, and keeping the work area clean and organized. It’s a hands-on position that offers training and experience to help you grow into a full mechanic role.

Main Duties:

• Help mechanics with repairs and maintenance tasks
• Perform basic work such as oil changes, tire rotations, and checking fluids
• Clean and organize tools, equipment, and the workshop
• Get tools and parts ready for repair jobs
• Follow safety rules and learn new mechanical skills on the job

Skills and Requirements:

• Good organization and attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and use hand tools
• Willing to learn and follow directions
• Focus on safety and teamwork
