Now Hiring: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: De Soto, KS
Shift: Rotating Schedule | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (4 Day Work Week)

Are you a skilled mechanic who thrives on troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment? We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and ensure our production lines stay up and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and conveyor systems
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to identify and resolve mechanical issues
• Conduct routine inspections to detect wear and tear, misalignments, and safety hazards
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment using hand and power tools
• Replace worn parts and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts (certification required or willingness to obtain)
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Work 12-hour rotating night shifts, including overtime when needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Must supply own tools
• Ability to interpret technical documents and communicate clearly
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform duties requiring standing, climbing, bending, and reaching
