Maintenance Technician - Night Shift
Location: Bethlehem, PA
$25–$28/hr (Based on Experience)
12–14 Hour Shifts | 1st & 3rd Shifts | Overtime as Needed
HTSS is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join a busy plastics manufacturing team. This is a temp-to-hire role for someone who’s mechanically inclined, enjoys troubleshooting equipment, and doesn’t mind long shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Keep machines up and running – troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
Work with blow molders (EBM/SBM), packaging equipment, and other production gear
Do basic repairs and preventative maintenance
Communicate with your team and document work completed
Help keep the workspace safe, clean, and organized

What We’re Looking For:
GED or equivalent
Must pass a math & English test, drug screen, background check, and physical
Willing to attend job-related training
Comfortable working 12–14 hour shifts and occasional overtime
Can’t currently work for a competitor
Experience with blow molding or plastics equipment
Familiar with packaging machines and basic building maintenance
Must be able to work alternating weekends
