Pay: $24.00 – $40.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Overtime & weekend availability required
Travel: Up to 5% for parts/equipment pick-up

The Role

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in keeping our plant running smoothly. Working under the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll handle everything from preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to installing new equipment and fabricating parts. If you enjoy hands-on problem-solving, working with a variety of machines, and being part of a team that values safety and innovation, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Assist with installation of new machinery and upgrades

• Fabricate, weld, and repair molds, bearings, conveyors, and related components

• Safely perform low-voltage wiring repairs and comply with ARC Flash requirements

• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve equipment issues

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards)

• Complete required reports and documentation accurately

• Operate or learn to operate block machines, cubers, loaders, unloaders, BECO machines, and other equipment

• Uphold all safety policies and attend required safety meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 0–2 years in welding and machinery maintenance (on-the-job training provided)

• Welding (stick/MIG), oxy/acetylene torch, and fabrication skills

• Strong troubleshooting ability (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)

• Familiar with conveyor systems, PLCs, and VFDs ()

• Forklift and heavy equipment knowledge (certification provided)

• Own set of portable tools (, not required)

• Valid Driver’s License (for occasional parts/equipment pick-up)

• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime/weekends

Physical & Work Environment

• Hands-on role requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 100 lbs

• Exposure to loud noise, dust, outdoor weather, and extreme temperatures

• PPE provided and required at all times
