Job Description
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with excellent attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will have experience in repairing manufacturing machinery. Overtime hours are always available.
Responsibilities
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance tasks and answering trouble calls.
- Troubleshoot problems with the use of schematics and wiring diagrams on motor and heater circuits ranging from low voltage to 480v three phase.
- Remove and replace defective parts from equipment using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
- Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor to prioritize repairs.
- Make entries to the maintenance log explaining problems encountered, repairs made, and parts used or needed.
- Keep company tools organized and in working order.
- Fabricate repair parts, machine guarding, mezzanines, etc., using shop equipment such as welders, plasma cutters, torches, and grinders.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of maintenance experience on equipment.
- Experience focused on electrical maintenance, or willingness to take electrical classes.
- Proficiency in maintenance management, repair, and supervision.
- Ability to troubleshoot using schematics, mechanical, and electrical skills.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
• 401K eligible after 3 months of employment with a match of 4% if you contribute 5% that is 100% vested immediately.
• 3 weeks of vacation accrued weekly that is available to use after 30 days of employment.
• 8 paid holidays.
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance – (Advanced Extrusion pays two thirds of employee’s coverage.)
• Tuition reimbursement up to 1500.00 yearly.

• Weekly paychecks on Friday’s
