Job Title: Maintenance Specialist – Electrical & Controls

Location: Dublin, GA

Department: Maintenance

Reports To: Maintenance Management Team

Overview:

Erdrich USA Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist – Electrical & Controls to support our production operations by ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our electrical systems and machinery. This role is critical to maintaining high-quality standards, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on production equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, inspections, and calibrations.
• Modify and adjust electrical systems to meet changing production needs.
• Support new equipment installations and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70/70E, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Document maintenance activities using SAP and other internal systems.
• Supervise and train new team members.
• Collaborate with mechanical maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Vocational training as an electrician with a focus on operations/building technology.
• Experience with Siemens PLCs () or other control systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance software.
• Several years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
