We're partnering with a well-established metal processing manufacturer to hire a Maintenance Manager who will lead maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement across a high-volume manufacturing facility.

What You'll Bring
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years leading maintenance teams
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience with CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance programs
- Background supporting PLC-controlled production equipment
- Experience with continuous improvement and root cause analysis

Equipment Experience
\n
We're especially interested in candidates who have maintained equipment such as:

- Coil processing, slitting, or cut-to-length lines
- Stamping presses (mechanical or hydraulic)
- Conveyor and automated material handling systems
- Overhead cranes
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- equipment installation
- Industrial electrical systems (480V)
- PLCs, VFDs, servo motors, gearboxes, pumps, and industrial automation

What You'll Do

- Lead and develop the maintenance team
- Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital projects
- Partner with production to improve plant performance
- Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a strong safety culture

Industry backgrounds that translate well include: steel processing, automotive, metal fabrication, stamping, roll forming, heavy manufacturing, and industrial production.
