Our client is need of a Maintenance Manager. This is a full time, direct hire position.

Duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager include:

Coaching, mentoring and training maintenance associates

Overseeing plant and facility maintenance including utilities (HVAC, refrigeration, wastewater, piping), automation (PLC, HMI, Ethernet, controls) and equipment (pumps, pneumatics, conveyors, heat exchangers), etc.

Managing plant projects and maintaining budgets

Implementing a preventative and predictive maintenance program

Requirements of the Maintenance Manager:

BS in Engineering is ; equivalent experience will be accepted

Experience with facility and plant maintenance is required, along with previous supervision experience

Any maintenance certifications are desired (master electrician, boiler operation, ammonia operation, HVAC) Experience with SAP and CMMS is a plus

Previous food manufacturing experience, GMP, HACCP or similar
