Job DescriptionJob Description

Maintenance Manager plans, directs, organizes, and supervises the short term, scheduled, preventative, and emergency maintenance for the equipment, building and grounds of the Highland Home. Provides overall supervision for all maintenance personnel. This position is that of a working supervisor, who is expected to participate in all general maintenance duties in addition to supervising other maintenance staff.
