Maintenance Manager - Manufacturing Factory

Currently seeking a factory maintenance manager to join our team! You will train with our existing Supervisor who will retire. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Salary is based on experience, skill set and length of training required.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose & repair machinery breakdowns
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Assist Maintenance Manager when needed
• Report to owner & Operations Manager

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machinery maintenance or other related fields (minimum 3-5 years)
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Electrical experience a plus
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Capable of working well with others - need a team player
• Organized and reliable
• Able to operate a forklift
• Basic welding skills a plus
