The Onsite Maintenance Manager coordinates, designs/engineers and directs the design, planning, construction, maintenance, safety and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages, plans, budgets, and provides leadership/direction to Maintenance, maintains department budgets with a high degree of accuracy to attain profit plan.
- Works closely with Manufacturing and Finishing Managers to ensure complete manufacturing support for maximum uptime, throughput, and profit.
- Assists in design and engineering of all current plant equipment and process improvement projects. Interfaces and works closely with Engineering for all new equipment/process implementation.
- Implements and maintains a structured Preventative and Predictive Maintenance program for each production process, facility systems, and all manufacturing equipment.
- Responsible for Plant Safety; equipment and facilities compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Plans, budgets, and schedules facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction and acquisitions.
- Inspect construction and installation progress of capital equipment to ensure conformance to establish specifications.
- Oversees the coordination of building space allocations, layout, and communication services.
- Oversees and directs maintenance personnel and workers.
- Ensures effective security services are maintained.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Able to travel to other divisions when required.
- Availability to go to the office Monday to Friday.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor/Manager.

Educational/Training Requirements:

Trade school or bachelor’s degree (BA) or 5 plus years of Maintenance experience
