INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER
We're a fast-growing beverage manufacturer and we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee all aspects of equipment and facility maintenance for our production facility, lead a team of up to 20, and play a key part in how we operate day to day.

What you'll be responsible for
- Leading and managing a maintenance team of up to 20 - including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and day-to-day supervision across all shifts
- Overseeing all preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and facility upkeep
- Building out and managing an electronic CMMS, including work orders, spare parts inventory, and machine service life tracking
- Developing maintenance metrics and driving OEE improvements across production
- Attending and leading daily production huddles and shift change meetings
- Managing vendor and contractor relationships - negotiating pricing and ensuring responsiveness
- Owning the maintenance budget, including spare parts, consumables, and repair costs
- Conducting regular safety and compliance audits of the facility and equipment
- Partnering with the engineering team on equipment changes, installations, and documentation
- Maintaining all key maintenance documents - LOTO procedures, PM logs, repair records, and building access
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
- Proven experience leading and developing a team of 5 or more
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Solid communication skills - you'll be interacting with everyone from technicians to senior leadership
- Comfortable with ERP systems and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience
Nice to have: experience in a Lean manufacturing environment and/or prior CMMS implementation

Annual salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
