Job Description

Ensuring operative and scheduled maintenance and repairs of all machines and equipment, while meeting all regulations related to the factors quality, time and economical usage if resources, to guarantee maximum capacities for product manufacturing with following all safety, quality, environment and compliance guidelines.

Training, leading, regulating and controlling all subordinates on a functional and disciplinary level to assure maximum machine and equipment capacity.

• Assurance of the availability and maintenance of all machines and equipment related to all internal and externalguidelines
• Responsibility for the execution and recording of maintenance and repair processes & Implementation and maintenance of a TPM-System
• Planning of the preventive maintenance (PVI) including steady and improved quality standards including the observation of index numbers
• Execution of the shortage management for critical spare parts and emergency management for shortage machines
• Observation and assurance of the technical performance of all production machines & implementation of the CCPS within the area of responsibility
• Leading projects as well as participating in projects
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of subordinates including fostering and developing their abilities & Fulfilling stand-by duties as stated within the resource scheduling

Skills

• Economic or technological apprenticeship or additional specialist qualification (or comparable)
• More than 7 years of work experience in an industrial company within the automotive sector
• 1-2 years practical work experience within an international environment
• Several years of management experience of complex teams (for example: as a department head)
