Maintenance Manager

A growing precision manufacturer in the Bryan, TX area is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead equipment reliability, improve preventive maintenance, and strengthen its overall maintenance operation.

This organization manufactures highly engineered industrial components for demanding, quality-driven applications. As the business continues to grow, it is investing in stronger maintenance systems, improved operational discipline, and leadership to support future expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance leader who enjoys troubleshooting complex industrial equipment, improving preventive maintenance programs, reducing downtime, and building a more proactive maintenance organization.

The Maintenance Manager will own equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts management, vendor coordination, and maintenance team development. This is not a desk-only management role. The right person will lead from the production floor, solve technical problems firsthand, and build systems that improve long-term equipment reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Leadership or supervisory experience within maintenance
• Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, industrial electrical systems, and electrical schematics
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, VFDs, and related production equipment
• Experience building or improving preventive maintenance programs
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, improve equipment reliability, and reduce downtime
• Experience working with OEM equipment manufacturers, vendors, and service technicians
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through
• High school diploma required; technical degree or related training
• Injection molding experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• $95,000-$110,000 base salary, depending on experience
