As the Plant Maintenance Manager, you'll lead all maintenance operations for a sophisticated industrial processing facility while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Environmental, and Plant Leadership.

You'll be responsible for developing maintenance strategy, maximizing equipment availability, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting capital improvements, and building a culture centered around safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
