Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Manager for a distribution facility in Bloomfield, CT.

Pay Rate: $57,500–$64,000/year (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule

Duties: The Warehouse Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations within the facility. This leadership role supports mechanical and electrical upkeep, manages personnel, and ensures all safety and sanitation protocols are met across the warehouse and material handling areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and daily department functions.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, work orders, and job assignments.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the maintenance team.
• Manage inventory and ordering of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Ensure mechanical, electrical, and battery-operated equipment is fully functional.
• Track and maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee warehouse sanitation and battery extractor system operation.
• Collaborate with external vendors for specialized repair or facility work.
• Control maintenance costs and support the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) department.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in WMS systems and basic computer operations.
• Experience in warehouse maintenance, facility management, or industrial operations.
• Previous supervisory experience .
