Mobile Home Park Looking for Full-Time Maintenance

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain a mobile home community in Bellevue, Nebraska. This is a full-time position for someone who is comfortable handling a variety of general maintenance and repair work and takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community
• Handle plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and other routine repairs
• Maintain common areas, grounds, roads, and community facilities
• Complete repairs and maintenance on vacant and occupied homes as needed
• Assist with preparing homes and lots for new
• Respond to maintenance requests and help resolve issues promptly
• Perform seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and grounds upkeep
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Identify maintenance or safety concerns and report larger issues to management

Qualifications

• General maintenance or handyman experience required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and property repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage daily maintenance priorities
• Dependable, responsible, and able to communicate well with and management
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, working outdoors, and operating machinery and equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00 per hour
• Full-time position
• Two weeks paid time off (PTO)
• Possible on-site housing
