We are currently recruiting for an experienced and knowledgeable Maintenance Manager for this 4* hotel located in Exeter.



This luxury boutique hotel has 60 bedrooms as well as a bistro, bar and spa area.



As the Maintenance Manager, you will be

* responsible for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and the management of the maintenance team

* forward thinking and proactive in planning ahead for maintenance services

* instrumental in creating a preventive action plan

* liaising with contractors, taking responsibility for health and safety on the property

* work alongside the General Manager and management to ensure a high standard of guest experience is achieved

What we are looking for:

* an experienced Maintenance Manager with a background of hotel maintenance

* good leader capabilities - able to lead, manage and motivate a team

* hands on (this is not an office based role)

* a knowledge of electrics and health and safety are beneficial

* attention to detail and a passion for fixing things

* excellent communication and organizational skills

* ability to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner

* flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
