Job Title - Maintenance Manager

Package - Up to £65,000 + Bonus, Healthcare + more.

Shift - Monday to Friday Days only

About the Role

Are you looking for a stable Engineering Maintenance Manager role In a high speed environment?



Do you have experience managing a team of maintenance engineers in a high paced manufacturing environment?



Based in Rugby, this company is an established Manufacturer with a fantastic reputation. In this role you will have full autonomy of a team of engineering maintenance staff. Your main take will be to manage and fully develop the engineering operation in line with business requirements.



Duties as a Maintenance Manager



*To manage and develop the engineering operation in line with business requirements.

*Have full responsibility of the a team of Engineers

*Assist with increasing the technical skills of the production operation.



Skills required as a Maintenance Manager



*Come from a manufacturing background.

*Have experience managing a team of maintenance engineers.

*Strong man management experience.
