Maintenance Manager – Tier One Automotive Manufacturing

We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across Robotic Welding, Metal Stamping, Ecoat, and Facilities in a high-volume Tier One Automotive Manufacturing environment.


This is a leadership role where you’ll ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support safety, quality, and production goals.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead preventive & predictive maintenance programs for robotic welding cells, stamping presses, Ecoat lines, and facilities.
  • Champion safety-first culture with training, audits, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Manage troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for PLC, robotics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Oversee facility systems (HVAC, compressed air, lighting, building infrastructure).
  • Drive continuous improvement in uptime, energy efficiency, and cost control.
  • Build and lead a high-performing maintenance team, mentoring and developing future leaders.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality on new product launches and process changes.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, KPIs, and vendor relationships to keep operations running smoothly.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of maintenance leadership in automotive manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of robotic welding systems (Yaskawa, FANUC), stamping presses (Komatsu), Ecoat processes, and facility management.
  • Skilled in Plex ERP, Excel, lean manufacturing, and troubleshooting across PLC/robotics/electrical/mechanical systems.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
