Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm
Pay Range: $80k - $100k

Summary
Connect Search is hiring a Maintenance Manager in Menomonee Falls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to the President, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of all building systems, ground, machinery, and equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for planning and overseeing the work of maintenance staff and contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations of the facility
- Work close with management to develop a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) System that is sustainable and auditable
- Direct, coordinate, and administer maintenance engineering functions and operations to maintain physical structures, machinery, utilities, facilities and property and arrangement of production machines and equipment
- Perform a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical systems, heating system, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Performs or oversees maintenance in office and shop, to include doors, closures, desks, files
- Plan major projects- estimates, subcontractor quotations, personally supervise critical operations
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents
- Direct and oversee preventative maintenance program
- Create and promote safe working conditions
- Maintain computerized maintenance work order (MWO) system for tracking work orders
Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing multiple capital projects
- Superb safety record and safety program awareness
- Ability to purchase requisitions
- Troubleshooting electrical or mechanical problems
- Ability to read and interpret documents
