We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to manage the upkeep and repair needs of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of general maintenance tasks, be able to troubleshoot issues efficiently, and provide timely service to ensure tenant satisfaction and property quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, appliance repair)

Respond to tenant repair requests in a timely and professional manner

Complete turnovers between tenants, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs

Maintain exterior areas (e.g., landscaping, trash removal, snow shoveling if needed)

Identify and report any larger issues requiring specialized contractors

Maintain maintenance logs and supply inventories
Requirements:

Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field

Strong knowledge of general maintenance systems and procedures

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Valid driver’s license and clean background check
