• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM\n

\nWe’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is ready to take ownership of plant-wide maintenance operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with technical work—guiding a team while staying actively involved on the floor.

\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n

\n\t
• Lead and coordinate all electrical and mechanical maintenance across the plant \n\t
• Assign and prioritize work based on urgency, team skillsets, and production needs \n\t
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and support for equipment and systems \n\t
• Train, mentor, and motivate maintenance team members to maximize performance \n\t
• Oversee equipment installations and plant improvement projects \n\t
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures \n\t
• Monitor team performance and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency \n\t
• Manage parts inventory and order materials/vendors as needed \n\t
• Track and report maintenance metrics to drive continuous improvement \n

\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n

\n\t
• Strong background in electrical & mechanical maintenance \n\t
• Experience with hydraulics, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial systems \n\t
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to direct and develop a team \n\t
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and prevent downtime \n\t
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (Word, Excel) \n\t
• High school diploma or equivalent \n
