Epic Personnel Partners is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a distribution center in Bloomfield, CT.
Pay Rate: $47,500–$52,500/yr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Weekends as Needed) | First Shift
Duties: The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a small team of technicians and lead daily maintenance operations, including repairs, inspections, and facility upkeep across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assign and monitor daily maintenance tasks and work orders
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies
- Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Inspect completed work and support technician development
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in facility or industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical documentation
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, maintenance logs)
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods
