Job DescriptionCasey's Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA is looking to add a Facilities Maintenance & HVACR Technician to our Facilities Team with a $3,000 sign-on bonus! Our Facilities Team maintains our Store Support Center, keeping the premises and buildings clean and functioning properly. The Maintenance & HVACR Tech will have responsibility for providing preventative maintenance and repairs to building premises and warehouse equipment. They will work with a variety of systems related to the heating, ventilation, AC, and refrigeration of our Store Support Center.This role can be hired at multiple levels, depending on experience. Requirements Knowledge of tools and equipment used in building and mechanical trades' workUnderstanding of installation and operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, construction, and electricityMaintains current refrigeration usage certification - universalAbility to interpret blueprints, sketches, and oral and written communicationsExperience with basic repair of electrical and mechanical equipment Additional: This position does require the ability to respond to limited after-hours calls, with provided company cell phone.
