The Maintenance Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of outdoor spaces. This role requires the ability to work independently to ensure that grounds are well-kept and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance tasks to keep outdoor areas clean and orderly
• Care for plants, lawn areas, and flower beds
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Remove debris and trash from grounds
• Ensure safety standards are met in all groundskeeping activities
• Identify and report maintenance needs or hazards
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently
