Location: Madison, WI
Employment Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Compensation & Schedule:
$20–$25/hour
Monday–Friday

About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established property management company in Madison to hire a Maintenance/Groundskeeper. The company manages a variety of residential and commercial properties, including single-family homes and multi-story apartment buildings. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional organization and contribute to the upkeep and appearance of multiple properties across the area.
What You’ll Do
- Perform landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including lawn mowing, snow removal, weeding, tree and hedge trimming
- Fill water softeners with salt at all properties
- Move trash and recycling containers to and from curbs
- Perform basic painting and drywall repairs
- Replace furnace filters and clean lint traps/dryer ducts
- Perform light maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and batteries in smoke detectors
- Assist maintenance staff with remodel or upgrade projects
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas across properties
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or groundskeeping , but not required
- Ability to safely operate standard maintenance tools
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication skills in English
