Maintenance / Floater Position

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Starting Pay: $18/hr (higher based on experience)

Position Overview:

A full-service logistics and assembly support operation is looking to add a versatile and hands-on Maintenance/Floater to its growing team. This newly created position offers the opportunity to wear multiple hats and take on a variety of small, in-house projects essential to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. We’re seeking a dependable, skilled individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and a “can-do” attitude. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in being a jack-of-all-trades—comfortable with tools, adaptable to changing needs, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the facility
• Assist with small construction, assembly, or improvement projects
• Use hand and power tools for a variety of tasks (painting, repairs, installations)
• Conduct light welding and fabrication as needed
• Support operational teams with equipment adjustments and facility upkeep
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with tools, painting, light repairs, and welding
• Ability to adapt to varied tasks and responsibilities day-to-day
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse setting is a plus
