We're looking for dependable and skilled Maintenance & Facilities Technicians to help maintain a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for our team and visitors. If you have experience in trades like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry—and take pride in your work—we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across facility systems

Troubleshoot and fix minor issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry

Conduct daily inspections of equipment, systems, and grounds

Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and light renovation projects

Complete work orders efficiently and professionally

Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory for facility operations

Support custodial staff during emergencies or special projects

Ensure safety standards are met and report any hazards

Respond to urgent maintenance requests when needed
What You Bring

Minimum Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Basic understanding of facility systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and team-oriented
-
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed
Qualifications:
-
1–2 years of experience in general maintenance or building facilities
-
Certifications in trades or OSHA safety training
-
Experience in commercial or institutional maintenance
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Bilingual skills are a plus
Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed
