Location: San Jose/Milpitas
Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join our team of professionals supporting multi-family apartment communities. This is a hands-on role with the majority of work performed in the field. Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment used in apartment community maintenance
• Perform field-based service tasks and respond to equipment-related needs
• Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently

 Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with maintenance equipment in apartment or similar residential settings
• Experience with deodorizer machines and compactors is a strong plus, but not required
• Proficient in equipment operation and general mechanical troubleshooting
• Valid CDL required
• Must be drug-free
