About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong mechanical expertise and solid electrical capability to join a successful, global manufacturing business. This is a key role within a fast-paced production environment, supporting the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of all site machinery.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across all plant and equipment.
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
Improving machine reliability and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules, logs, and documentation.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
Managing engineering spare parts, stock levels, and critical components.
Sourcing and procuring parts, consumables, and external engineering services.
What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance or equivalent.
18th Edition electrical qualification (advantageous but not essential)
Strong mechanical maintenance background with electrical fault-finding skills.
Experience within a manufacturing or continuous production environment.
Organised, proactive, and confident communicating across teams as well as with senior management.
