You’ll be part of a small, skilled team, providing both planned and reactive maintenance across conveyors, AMRs, and automated handling systems within a fast-paced logistics environment.\n\nLocation: Swindon (SN3)\n Salary: Up to £52,000 (inclusive of shift allowance) + Overtime\n Hours: 12-hour shifts, working on a four on, four off rotation (days and nights)\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\nDelivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responding quickly to breakdowns\n\nSupporting site uptime and performance against KPIs\n\nWorking safely to H&S standards, ensuring compliance with AMH and client policies\n\nUsing the CMMS system to record, plan and complete maintenance tasks\n\nSupporting continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability\n\nMaintaining clear communication with the engineering and operations teams\n\nEnsuring all documentation and reports are accurate and up to date\n\nThis is a hands-on, technically varied role where you’ll work with the latest automation technologies and gain exposure to some of the most advanced logistics engineering systems in the UK.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nWe’re looking for an adaptable, reliable engineer who enjoys problem-solving, continuous learning, and teamwork.\n\nEssential:\n\nRelevant qualification in engineering e.g.
