Schedule:

• Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Sunday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Monday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM

This unique schedule allows employees to enjoy weekdays off while still working full-time hours!
What your day will look like:

• Diagnose and repair industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns
• Install and replace machine components and defective parts
• Perform minor welding, rebuilding, and equipment repairs
• Support facility maintenance including minor plumbing, painting, and fixture repairs
• Maintain equipment inventories and spare parts stock
• Train production employees on routine maintenance and equipment care
• Complete maintenance reports and document repairs
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow lockout/tagout procedures

What we are looking for:

• Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals and diagnose equipment issues
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Technical certifications or Industrial Maintenance education are a plus
• PLC, Robotics, Automation, or Mechatronics experience is highly for advanced-level technicians
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and remain active throughout the shift
