JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting manufacturing company to recruit a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing business offering excellent earning potential, shift allowances, and long-term job security.\n\nThe Successful Maintenance Engineer – Package:\n\n * £43,836 to £47,400 per annum\n\n * Rotating Shift Pattern:\n\n * Days: 6:00am – 2:00pm\n\n * Lates: 2:00pm – 10:00pm\n\n * Nights: 8:45pm – 6:00am (4 nights per week)\n\n * Overtime Available:\n\n * 1.3x for the first 2 hours\n\n * 1.5x on all hours worked above 39.5 per week\n\n * Permanent position\n\n * Long-term career progression\n\n * Stable manufacturing environment\n\nThe Successful Maintenance Engineer – Requirements:\n\n * Recognised apprenticeship within Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance\n\n * Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within a manufacturing environment\n\n * Ability to fault find and repair mechanical equipment\n\n * Knowledge of PLCs, plant control systems and automated machinery would be advantageous\n\n * Ability to carry out electrical installation work when required\n\n * Experience responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime\n\n * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a maintenance team\n\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\n * Computer literate with the ability to use maintenance systems and production data\n\n * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving\n\nApply now!
