A well established manufacturer with an excellent reputation is seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their production team:\n\nDay Shift - 6am – 6pm | 4 days on, 4 days off\n\nThe Role:\n\nSeeking an experienced maintenance professional who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of equipment performance and safety.\n\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\n\nJoin their integrated Engineering team where you'll take ownership of critical production machinery and drive performance excellence through:\n\nMaintenance & Operations:\n\n * Plan and execute comprehensive preventive and reactive maintenance across all production equipment\n\n * Optimise machine performance, safety, and availability\n\n * Set up and operate production equipment to specification\n\n * Maintain high-quality tooling and spare parts inventory for seamless operations\n\nPerformance & Improvement:\n\n * Participate actively in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects\n\n * Analyse performance data to identify and justify process enhancements\n\n * Collaborate with manufacturing teams through effective communication and shift handovers\n\n * Lead investigations as part of NCR and CAPA teams, implementing robust corrective actions\n\nThe Candidate:\n\nEssential Qualifications:\n\n * NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Engineering discipline\n\n * 5+ years hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing environments\n\n * Pneumatics and maintenance training certifications\n\n * Proven experience with production equipment setup and fault diagnosis\n\nKey Experience Areas:\n\n * Production machinery maintenance (PPM and reactive)\n\n * Health & Safety compliance and PUWER Regulations (prefered)\n\n * Microsoft Office proficiency\n\n * Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (prefered)\n\n * Process-focused approach with strong procedural discipline\n\nThe Package:\n\nCompetitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications
